Frequently asked questions
How do I rearrange pages in a PDF?
Drop your PDF on the upload area or click to browse. After the thumbnails render, drag any page to a new position in the Organize pages grid; the number on each thumbnail shows the new order. Click Export PDF to download the reordered file.
How do I rotate or delete PDF pages?
Each page has a rotate button and a trash button under its thumbnail. With a mouse they appear when you hover over or tab to the page; on touch screens they are always shown. Each click on rotate turns the page a further 90 degrees clockwise, added to any rotation the page already had, and the trash button removes the page. Deleting every page takes you back to the upload screen.
What will the downloaded file be called?
By default the original name with _organized added, for example report_organized.pdf. Type a different name in the Output filename field before clicking Export PDF; .pdf is added if it is missing.
Why won't my PDF load or export?
Damaged files cannot be rendered, and password-protected PDFs usually fail to open or export, so remove the password in a PDF reader first. Large documents take longer to load because every page is rendered as a thumbnail.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Thumbnails are rendered with pdf.js and the new PDF is built with pdf-lib in your browser, so the document never leaves your device.
